Just took 2 days off from drinking after drinking 7 days in a row

Stomach was starting to hurt not sure if related but anyways yea i needed a bit of a break anyways. Also do u think drinking a 6 pack six nights a week with 1 day off of drinking a week is ok or nah?

What % beer brah?

My normal night is 4-6 tall 8% DIPA's or so. Haven't taken a night off since wuRanfine started. I'm healthy AF

Ive been drinking 3 tall cans a night (500 ml cans) that are 8-10%, i did the math its like 7 drinks roughly.
