Bison > Ground Beef

Made some bison burgers with bacon, pickles, and homemade pimento cheese on brioche buns. Were legit AF. Ground beef is so poverty compared to bison.

Bison is good but really lean. I make bison burgers cooked in bacon fat. Try that...

Agree. We switched a while ago and haven’t looked back. Makes my baked meatballs the bomb. So much more flavor than ground beef.

Bison is a tad dryer. Can’t make the patties too big but it’s great. More expensive but worth it at times.
