I want to train for strength again but I had a cpl lower back injuries in last 4 yrs

Fuark brahs have done so little strength work the last 2 years, also have a bad knee and sometimes when i was deadlifting in the past im pretty sure i was close to getting a hernia. The last 2 years i have trained for physique, being lean, upper body strength, and i have become an alcoholic, when i was a bloatlord powerlifter my desires for alcohol were minimal.

Brother, I feel you.

For the upper body strength, weighted-chin/pull-ups won't tax your small back a bit.

And a few miles slow jog and walk a day will actually help both your lower back problems and also your liver function regenerate itself.

Taking it easy and being consistent is the key for your long time goal.

Don't take it wrong but when I give up my drink would be the day I give up my life.

I'll do anything to keep my liver alive and healthy at this point of my life.

Sorry about my poor English. Take care, my friend.

P.S. Also military style ruck marching with heavy back pack will help too.

Holocaust denial is illegal in over 18 countries. if an organized killing of jews happened so definitely, why would people need to serve prison sentences for questioning it?

Do stretching and mobility exercises too, but only do static stretches after your lifting. You can do mobility training any time
Thanks brah
