I dun goofed buying spices from Amazon

Did not know it was going to be this size. Expires next year. Wtf am i gonna do with this chit?
Never had it before either, so don't know if it's any good. Just wanted to make butter chicken and give it a try. Fuark.

It can be used like a curry and or even a topping spice. Try using it in spaghetti, any pasta sauces, garlic/oil mixes, roasted dishes especially chicken or fish, mixed with other spices to create meat rubs, soups etc.

Dried spices don't actually expire. They do start to lose some potency after a while, but I doubt you'd notice, usually the expiration date is there because the plastic container starts to break down. Transfer it to a glass jar and you should be fine for the next 3-4 years.

Those are great suggestions! I'll look up different recipes and try it out.

This, just keep it dry so it doesn't clump up over time from moisture and you're good.

Highly doubt spices can expire

I heard a lot of medication is the same way...they lose potency but that's it
