Anyone else get choked by their delts while sleeping?

I usually fall asleep on my side with my arm underneath my body. Lately I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night getting choked by my front delts. It doesn’t really obstruct my breathing, but there is pressure on my neck. I think my shoulders are getting too big.

Anyone else have this weird issue?
