Who is making all the alt accounts at this point?

It seems like it's only a handful of people making them. We all know wincel openly admits to having made a ton of alts during his main account's bans, and they were pretty obvious most of the time too. Wincel, you still doing the alts trolling thing even though your main got unbanned? Is car salesman still at it as well? Who else is still actively doing it?
