yeah, but given he was in the car and the other idiot was out of his way, hitting him was using excessive force to kil aka attempted murder and if he dies , itll be a 2nd or 3rd degree murder although he preemptively drove back and forth to hit him... so 1st degree murder

If you fear for your or someone else’s life, as in like you said, if a brick is tossed at your window, that is a deadly attack, you are free to engage every measure you have at your disposal to get to safety. That includes running over the liberals in front of your car.

Even if they were not the ones who threw the brick, their deaths are the fault of the liberal who threw the brick, legally.
