Got rear ended on way home other car insured but wasn’t drivers car

Mother****ers i stationery at red light these 3 Jamaicans run into my rear at like 50mph knocked the **** out of me. Truck is able to be driven

Their van was insured but it wasn’t the drivers car. This should be covered by then right? Cop was directly next to me saw entire thing and worked the scene I got report
