I know in COD death is always instantaneous, but in real life, sometimes it takes a few minutes if not longer for people to bleed out. Sometimes people can bleed out and not really show it because it's all internal. Sometimes it can take a few moments before some people even realize they are shot. All they know is their legs stopped working and they fall.

Clearly survived? Not even close.

Nah can’t put the burden on her to escape right after she was assaulted, maybe she stopped because she was hit in the face and couldn’t continue driving and the dude was right back at the car door potentially ready to continue the assault
