Is there anything worse than training abs...

And not being able to get out of bed the day or two after?

Even reaching to grab stuff from a shelf is rough.

Thats nothing compared to how your biceps feel when yoy first startt working those. You cant even extend your arms out all the way. You walk around with your arms bent
