Just how rare are legit 20 inch lean arms? Here are some facts so you get an idea of just how rare 20 inch arms are.

"Arthur Jones measured Arnold's arms when they were pumped, and they taped out at 19 3/4 inches." Keep in mind he is 6'2.



There are over 15 pro bodybuilders here, including Ireland's mens physique competitor and UKBFF (United Kingdom branch of the IFBB Bodybuilding federation) 80 kg winner. None of them had 20 inches arms flexed. Most were 16-19 inches range, which is still exceptional.



Steve Shaw, who has been powerlifting and bodybuilding for 32 years, and regularly deadlifts, squats over 5 plates has 18.25 inches arms pumped and 18 inches arms cold.

Granted this is a bb forum and this is more relevant than 99% of the threads that pop up, but there seems to be too much of an obsession with 20-inch arms lately...maybe you could put some of that into the quads...unless you skip leg day.
