Anyway to relieve burning butthole from spicy food?

I’ve been working my way up to new levels of Scoville and have largely been successful. However the tolerance my mouth builds does not correlate to anal fortitude.

Is there anyway to get relief other than time? I know it sounds weird but I was thinking of pouring milk on my ******* in the bath tub since that seems to help with the mouth. Idk if it would work though.
