I got mine from pull ups

and also getting armbarred too often I guess

but generally speaking, women's tendon laxity is greater, leading to greater flexibility, so perhaps we overextend our elbows more?

Women's joints are all kinds of fukked, srs.

Pretty sure they're thinner than men's, and at least for their knees, their hips put them at an odd angle so that they kind of roll when they walk (vs men where it just hinges like forward-back, forward-back). Can't remember the last women's soccer player I've seen who didn't have a bunch of torn ACLs.

Can confirm women have terribly weak ACLs. ACL injuries happen a lot in sports but when its a work injury 99% of the time its just a torn meniscus. Women represent less than 10% of the claims I see and I've seen more women with ACL tears than men.

I girl I used to hang out with blew out both of her ACLs in high school soccer

Yup, same! Chin ups don't bother me, but regular grip pull ups (I was doing weighted ones as well) really fuk me up. I can't do them as often so need to focus on quality reps.

women are meant to swallow a lot of cum cuz it binds to the bones and make them strong so this is god punishing women who do not swallow with weak elbow joints

I keep telling them blowjobs are healthier than hand jobs.

I'm just looking out for you elbows ladies. Your knees can take the additional work.

Golf elbow checking in. Thank goodness it isn't nagging as much as it use to. I have it on my right side from digging hard driven balls and not bracing properly for them.
