I got mine from pull ups
and also getting armbarred too often I guess
but generally speaking, women's tendon laxity is greater, leading to greater flexibility, so perhaps we overextend our elbows more?

Women's joints are all kinds of fukked, srs.
Pretty sure they're thinner than men's, and at least for their knees, their hips put them at an odd angle so that they kind of roll when they walk (vs men where it just hinges like forward-back, forward-back). Can't remember the last women's soccer player I've seen who didn't have a bunch of torn ACLs.

Tennis elbow crew.
I don't know why I'm like this...Smh @ me
But srs I ended up with it because I didn't use the neutral position while lifting then following that up with constant motion

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I thought it was just a sore brachioradialis from going too hard after not working out for so long
Tendonitis is annoying because it takes quite a while to go away. I had to switch to supinated grip for a couple of months

I keep telling them blowjobs are healthier than hand jobs.

Golf elbow checking in. Thank goodness it isn't nagging as much as it use to. I have it on my right side from digging hard driven balls and not bracing properly for them.
