GTFIH for HIGHER TEST

I just made a thread but it mentioned Covid so it didn't get any traction.


We already know zinc = ropes


Quercetin is a zinc ionophore allowing zinc to enter the cells


Taking quercetin + zinc = Huge Loads


As stated in the OG thread been taking it the last 2 days and woke up to sex dreams and morning wood <not my usual>


I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this combo naturally boosts T levels

zinc never gave me ropes
