What muscle groups will you guys be training today?

Today is shoulders day for me. If you are also doing shoulders, use this for motivation.

Broad shoulders
"A study by Cambridge University of more than 700 women found broad shoulders were the most attractive male asset. Why? Not only do big shoulders make you look strong but the wider you are up top, the thinner you appear at the waist, creating that V-shape that drives her wild. Supersets of overhead presses and pull-ups will get you there."

The power of men’s shoulders
Wide Shoulders Make the Man
"Because 'shoulders make the man' and 'the wider the better' were common beliefs that were prevalent during and after World War II," Sorenson answered. "Armed forces recruiters frequently made reference to needing real men to fight, as opposed to sissy men. Boys everywhere wanted to be like the real-man heroes, who they saw in both the movies and the newsreels, or heard about on the battlefields."

wide clavicles + toned, fit midsection = universally attractive to both sexes

Leg day. Recently spent some time rehabing my hip, so been awhile since I've gone heavy on squats.

Hip is feeling a lot better though which is great, chit was bothering me legit for like a month straight.

Back, shoulders, and bis! I finally have equipment to do rows as well as pull ups and chin ups, which is going to balance me out likewhoa.

Actually gonna hit abs and then gonna exercise my neck.

But I'm about to go for a walk for about 1.5 hours first.
