Sometimes it’s good to just nap in the park

Srs. Wake up early and train bjj, also swim or run almost every day. Clean up my house, yell at the kids, go into work, watch what everyone’s doing, sign bills, lift weights, eat food, shoot gunz, chit gets tiring man. Started just carrying my hammock in the car. Just randomly stopped by a park while wife and kids thought I was working and people at work thought I was running errands. Napped for 1 1/2 hours. Fukking 85 deg out, light breeze was tired as chit but feel fukking great now.

I need to take more naps.

Srs.
