Clearly you can get HIV from unprotected male-female sex, but it's very unlikely. Something like a 1 in 300 chance of getting it if you have sex with a known hiv positive girl.

Still though, if you run with a crowd where everybody is having carefree sex like this, eventually things are going to start getting passed around. It's not like getting HIV is a very big deal tbh. You could probably even get away with taking the pills and not telling anyone nowadays.
