just lol if you don't supplement D3, B12 and zinc

brb low vitamin D is correlated with low T
brb B12 deficiency can cause brain damage
brb large parts of the population are low in D and B12
brb if you cum alot you'll likely have low zinc too

just gotta make sure you don't go overboard with the zinc for dat dere zinc/copper balance, overdosing on D3 and B12 is barely possible

Lots of evidence that D deficiency is common and tied to a lot of potential problems.

Its like $20 for a year supply and unless you intentionally screw up the dosage there is no risk of side effects.

BRB POC are more likely to be vitamin D deficient than white people.
BRB there is evidence that vitamin D is directly related to fending off respiratory infections.
BRB the media chooses to tell people to wear a mask.
BRB more POC die of COVID-19 than white people.

Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

i believe I literally reversed my autoimmune issues by supplement with some high doses of vitamin. My levels were critically low last year. Only thing you need to do is supplement with vitamin k2 which helps prevent calcification in the body.

Just lol if you don’t get your micros from real food

Eat fatty fish or fish eggs every day

Regularly consume nuts/red meat/cheese

Eat oysters/clams/shrimp weekly

Eat eggs almost daily

Multiple servings of bananas/apples/blueberries other fruits

At least one serving of a green veggie a day. Spinach, broccoli, cabbage, whatever. Maybe a small salad.

Fuk all your stupid diets. Just eat a ton of fresh wholesome food and get all your vitamins/minerals/protein gains.

Don’t worry about sugar and fats.

I take D3, Glucosamine, Fish oil, zinc, and ashwaghanda.

Not concerned about B12 because I eat enough meat, including a tuna/salmon pack each day and that alone has 50% of my B12.

I take zinc and ashwaganda. When I take my zinc regularly I always sleep better, and wake up with raging boners.

Yeah I don't buy this. A lot of research has been done regarding vitamin D. Toxicity occurs at insane levels and the only risk is calcification because its fat soluble. Thats why you take the K2 with it. Most people don't realize that's its not just a vitamin for your bones and teeth but is actually used in the body as a hormone. This hormone actually helps regulate the immune system. It allows your immune system to function normally. Most people with autoimmunity usually have low vitamin D levels.

It must be pure coincidence that since I've been taking a decent amount of Vitamin D that my autoimmune disease is going into remission and I'm getting my hair back.

I wonder if the zinc+ashwagandha has anything to do with why I'm horny almost 24/7. I'd be curious to get my T levels checked someday, I'd be really surprised if they were low.

There's quite a bit of research to back it up as an anti-stress and anxiety supplement. It's supposed to help with T levels too a bit I think.
