I totally respect the hard work and years, decades of sacrifice and committment it takes to achieve these physiques. I doubt mike is natty. Being that huge anf ripped to the bone seems impossible. I could be wrong

No acne? Doesn't affect everyone. Have known plenty of OJ drinkers with no acne.

I try to not get into the natty or not natty debate, but there is a 0.5% chance Mike O'Hearn is natty. His size/conditioning/strength is far too extreme for natural limits. Problem is that he claimed natty and basically made a career out of it decades ago. It would absolutely destroy his image if he admitted it now.
