Rats and the dude with the gun 100%

The guy with the gun can take down the big prey (Gorillas, bears, lions, longhorns, etc) and I'll hide in a tree to avoid the rest. The hawks may be an issue

You have to take the rats, there's just too many of them and they'd overwhelm any other protector. I'm going grizzlies next. The rats can slow all of the animals down and the grizzlie bears can one hit kill almost every animal there if they're distracted by the rats. If we can specify rats the largest species averages 2.5' length and 5.7 lbs. That's almost 600lbs of rat and 105 sets of teeth and claws per attacker

Rats and Eagles

It's a numbers game boyos. Plus I would hate to try and fight 10000 rats and 50 eagles. Less numbers is easier to deal with and manage. Not to mention you wouldn't have to worry about a ground and an aerial assault. It's a lot harder to avoid eagles, harder to kill them and if they gouge your eyes out it is over boyos. None of the other animals or the hunter can really protect you from that.

Don't really give a fuk about crocs unless I'm standing in a marsh or swamp. A few eagles would sufficiently distract and destroy the hunter. This leaves a few hundred rats per remaining animal, and you can put an eagle or two per animal and that should distract them sufficiently if not kill them.
