All i can tell you all the good well meaning advice in the world is no good if it doesnt help you or take the pain away.

Do whatever you have to do so long as what you do hurts no one but maybe yourself to get you through the pain till the day hopefully comes that it dissipates or goes away completly.

Just dont take the cowardly way out cause in doing so you would just be giving some of your pain to your family and that is a selfish cowardly act.

I have defiled my self in many ways just to escape or mask or numb my pain for many years.

Many say its pointless cause you still wake up with the same problem. Well untill you walk in a persons shoes or wake up and go to bed in true PAIN then that person will just never get or understand that even a small hiatus..a few hours even without that pain is worth a million dollars to you.
