Maybe the worst at speaking like a President/politician. He's terrible at articulating things the way that people want to hear them. He's not great at pretending for the sake of making people feel better like other politicians are (but this is what a lot of people like about him). He does say some idiotic things from time to time though.

As far as his policies and how they've affected the US...well you're probably not that interested in those if the video you posted is about how he walks...

In the beginning I jumped on the whole “he says it like it is, no fluff” train.

Then he started doing chit like bragging about the size of his dick at rallies and that chit turned off real quick.

Also, how have none of his advisors convinced him to deactivate his twitter? Sure he great at motivating his base. He knows this, he actually bragged about how he could just shoot someone in the street for no reason and you guys would still worship him. He wasn’t wrong.

But being good at motivating your loyal base does nothing to help with the re-election.

He did get a lot of bullchit media for that ramp walk, but his rant was an extreme over-reaction as well.

I think his greatest success so far has been his development of the VA. I wish he would talk about that more.
