How is there so many shredded homeless nattys?

Srs. See the same homeless guy every once and while on my morning run. Dude is probably mid/late 30s. Thick hair with zero thinning. Men's physique build. No way he's has anything resembling a healthy diet or lifting regime. He's completely checked out bantering to himself.

I used to lift when I was homeless.

3 sets pushups, 3 sets chin ups, 3 sets lunges, 3 times a week.

I'm not homeless anymore so it wasn't me you saw.

naturally big frame + always on the move. if you consistently got 20k steps in a day you'd be shredded too.

Combination of all of the above. Good physical genetics (Poor mental genetics though). A calorie deficit. Being on foot and on the move all the time. The struggle to survive. Etc. Literally anyone can get shredded as hell if they drop down to like 800-1000 calories per day. Homeless brahs typically have drugs to dull their hunger pains and kill their appetite though.

There are a ton of average build and fat homeless people too. I assume their addiction is more in line with alcohol so they get a ton of dead calories and most likely people give them a lot of food.
