I got $125 amazon gift cards and was looking at stuff and it is crazy what happened to their prices.

Same pack of bulk vegetable seeds I bought in december for $14 is now $54 dollars. 12 pack of one pint/ 16 oz canning jars with lids I paid $10 for is now $38. Thought fuk it I will buy some food instead and they want like $2 for a can of beans. wtf. Most the stuff I want is way too expensive or it is sold out until September / October.

Do you think bad things are gonna happen and I should just pay the price for the stuff I want before it gets more expensive or should I wait a bit and see if this virus thing ever goes away (doubt) ?

Most of the stuff on amazon comes from china. If you're not in a rush, buy it from aliexpress with free shipping. It should get to you in 4-6 weeks.

Obviously you can't buy seeds from china (they'll send weeds), or any edible stuff, skin cream etc.
But everything else is perfectly fine.

those are just items that went up in price because of demand from the lock downs.

there were shortages on all kinds of chit:

TP and paper towels
bicycles
nintendo switch
rubbing alcohol

all harder to find and prices are up everywhere, sales mostly nonexistant. those are just the items i notice, im sure theres more.

Buy stuff that didn't increase in price with it. Put in an extra 125 of your own money and buy a kindle oasis if you're into reading.
