If you have credit card debt from extra expenses, you can take the extra money from not paying payroll taxes and payoff your credit cards. Even if you have to eventually pay the funds back, you can use it to get ahead now.

If nothing else, you could open CDs with the funds set to yield for April 13th if you literally don't need the extra money at all.

What it does is force Democrats to say that they're going to actually make you pay the tax.
