Mayo + diced celery and onion maybe a little hot sauce.

Also I like too just dump it in a bowl of ramen (I like nongshim spicy kimchi flavour) with a couple poached eggs. makes a good quick meal.

I like it plain with a little bit of mayo, but I also like it with onions, celery, apples, egg whites, nuts and dried cranberries, too.

I go to the store where the tuna section is and I don't buy any tuna. Instead I get canned pre-cooked chicken.

overnight tuna from japan is my go to
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I remember a couple of years ago a miscer insisted that microwaving tuna was the best thing ever and some guys tried it and stank up their whole kitchen.

Fresh tuna steaks, usually with ratatouille or roasted Mediterranean veg. And I’m being one hundred percent serious. Sorry I don't cook chit that was previously in cans. Fuking *******.

I usually make a tuna dip but with tomatoes, tomato paste, capers, onions, olive oil. Lots of fresh mint and basil too.

I only buy tuna from Wild Planet, as well.
