I turned on the AC due to the heat, now it’s too cold. should I put on a jacket?

To achieve perfect temperature:

Keep AC on
Turn on heating
Open all windows
build fire
put on jacket for top half
shorts and flip flops for bottom half
Do jumping jacks
Cold flannel on head
Warm flannel on back of neck
Alternately sip ice water and hot coffee

Reap temperature rewards
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

low AC and fan on number 1 is goat combo.

Also high AC and windows open while driving.
