Pretty sure he got banned from the gym by the owner and may have been charged.

I know the kid got a free year membership from the owner plus a few tshirts and shaker bottles

The kid was offered a free lifetime membership.

He went to the police. Not sure if anything ever came from it after that. It's Quebec, so probably not.
