Seated dumbbell press is my favorite

Other top ones I like
-Standing military press
-side lateral raises (good for adding shoulder width)
-arnold press
-Smith machine shoulder press
-front raises

One arm laterals for 20 reps superset with cable one arm press for 15-20 reps

Started doing these regularly a couple months ago. So much more fun than strict press, and the dynamic nature of the lift helps build explosive power that you don't get from stricter pressing variations.

Standing BB press, closely followed by Db laterals superset with partials.
