Damn, going NC is actually really good for you...
Wish I had done this sooner, my life feels 100% better now.
1. Go on a few dates with woman, kiss
2. Woman is like "let's see where it goes"
3. Goes MIA for 2 weeks
4. Find out she started seeing someone else
5. Unfriended her on FB, blocked her on Instagram & Snapchat and deleted her number.
6. Haven't thought about her and don't want to

You legit 36 years old man? NC was legit in my early and mid 20's its basically a defense mechanism to keep yourself from getting hurt and rejected which is great - it works entirely as its intended to. Currently though I don't even feel the need to go NC anymore, if somebody ghosts me for some reason it is what it is and its not bad to potentially keep communication lines open for future lulz
