Sports cars are always cool if you are a car guy, but I have a three just in case!

Edit: that to ^ the NSX stays in the garage until a nice cool day for a spirited drive! Everything has its purpose.

Sports cars have always been a niche market. They've never been popular as family sedans and SUVs. But I sure as hell ain't taking a camry for a spirited drive in the mountain(if I had a choice).

The big 3 domestic manufacturers all have multiple vehicles in their lineup you can buy off the showroom floor with 500-600+ HP on tap, the fastest production car in the world is capable of a top speed of 277 MPH, and the aftermarket has gotten so insane that you can build a 1,000+ HP car that you could comfortably drive across the country without issue while knocking down 20+ MPG...

It is arguably the best time in history to be a car guy... (Barring the nostalgia factor with the classics of course)

Sports cars are so good these days they are boring and have you massively breaking the law in a few seconds..

A mid-tier non M 3 series is hitting 0-60 in the low 4 second range and handles like a supercar of a few generations ago..What is the point of a dedicated sports car anymore?

i actually noticed the opposite. sports cars are all the rage thanks to youtubers. every youtuber and young hustler gets a bit of cash and splashes it on a gtr or a lambo and features it in every video or instagram.

a lot of people who have sports cars choose not to drive them everyday. I would rather be in my subaru if im going to be sitting in traffic, getting cut off and tailgated but fri-sun im whipping the foreign

If you're a car enthusiast you'd never be satisfied with a stock m3. You'll make it stiff and uncomfortable as fk getting 12mpg lol.
