Overcooked my phuckin burgers...

Was planning on having a nice juicy burger topped with cheese, bacon, and ketchup

My instant temp thermometer said the temp was 110 degrees, so I left it for 2 more minutes cooking

I bite into it and i'm horrified to see the disgusting grey texture of the inside

Tasted like cardboard

Depending on thickness with burgers or steaks it often takes a lot longer to go from ~50⁰ to 100-110⁰ than it does to go from 110⁰ to ~135⁰, like a disproportionately much shorter time frame.
