The concept of time is man made, remember that

If you accept that time itself is man made, then who is to say that life ends after enough time has passed so that you eventually die of old age? What if that is just the beginning? We are TOLD that as time passes we age, we have been trained into believing that old age = death = the end. But what if that is just the beginning?

Let that sink in
