CLIFFS:

-Black officer pulls over black College child for no seatbelt
-Cop notices him acting nervous, smells weed, asks if there's anything in car he should know about
-College child says he has a "legal" gun in the car, it's not secured in the glove compartment or anything, rather it's just under his jacket on the passenger seat
-Cop asks child to step out of car, they talk a bit, perfectly cordial.
-Cop requests to have child just sit in back of police car whilst they check the info on the gun
-Cop begins escorting child to police car, child jumps in the car, hits the gas, reaches for the gun, car drives into the side of a house in a nearby yard with both the innocent child and Cop hanging out the driver's side door in a struggle for possession of the innocent child's "legal" gun
-Cop shoots innocent child in justifiable self defense

From what I've read the fund were donated before the video was released. It's really sad because you can see that the officer is doing everything he can to help the guy too.

No wonder there are no details... in that circumstance the cops had no choice except to stop the perp by any means necessary as quickly as possible. Justice here is going to be a quick dismissal for the cops, and a lesson that you don't fake compliance to grab a gun and drive off.

The one SJW-ish comment I will make is that if weed was legal the guy would've been fined for no seatbelt and that would've been it. He probably thought he'd get ****ed for possession and decided to gun it - read in other article that he had enough in the car for a felony charge.
