Making pictures of established misc memes takes almost 0 creativity.

While the guy is funny, it's by association of making misc ideas into pictures, not of his own accord.

He's just taking somebody else's funny idea and making it into a picture.

He's basically a mod (in that he works for free) minus literally all of the perks.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
