Pls send a prayer to my grandma (srs)

She’s 80 years old and this is her third time having cancer. She has stage 4 lung cancer and a different type of cancer in her stomach. She’s a fighter but this seems pretty serious. I’m closest to her out of all my family as she practically raised my bro and I while my dad was out gambling 100s of thousands while drunk after my mom died when I was 9 (also to cancer.)
I’m not sure how much time she’ll have left but the doctors say they’ll have a “plan of action” on the 24th.
How much time could she realistically have? If she gets chemo/ and or surgery. I know it’s subjective but I’d like a ballpark figure.
Im worried brahs. I want to drive up there but I don’t want to risk giving her covid on top of cancer.

Been praying for her every night.

Condolences brah.

yeah the survival rate for lung cancer is extremely low. I lost a close one to lung cancer also. And you never know how much time someone has left, so spend as much time as you can with her now.

That’s my goal but she lives 2,000 miles away. Not sure if driving or flying would be less risky to get covid. I couldn’t forgive myself if I gave her covid on top of cancer but I want to spend as much time with her as I can.

Thank you brah, much appreciated. She’s literally a saint. My great grandma from her abusive husband took care of her after both her parents died before she was 17. And she took care of my GG for like 6 years while my gma was in her 70s bc she didn’t want to send her to a nursing home. My GG lived to 95

That's pretty severe, you have my best wishes. It's a c*nt of a disease and pretty much anyone I hear that's in trouble through family/friends it's usually always cancer related.

Yeah man like I said my mom died from lung cancer when I was 9. Although it was the surgeons fault bc he removed the wrong part of the lung. **** cancer. I just hope my gma will live as long as possible pain free
