Any of you brahs quit caffeine?
Master race 1-2 cups of black coffee crew, but just curious to see if anyone saw any benefits once quitting?

Currently two weeks since my last cup. Was drinking 1-2 strong cups a day usually mid morning. Reduced anxiety, afternoon slump and acid reflux problems I was having. Overall worth it for me and I'd recommend people try at least a couple weeks before deciding. It's amazing how stable my energy is even after work.
If you do try it, I'd recommend starting quitting on Friday and getting the worse of the detox symptoms over the weekend. I had a pounding headache and major sleepiness the first few days but feeling good now.

In 2008 I was taking high blood pressure medication that interacted with caffeine in a weird way; when I drank coffee, felt like I was going to have a heart attack. In April 2008 I had my room mate call 911 and I quit cold turkey for six months.
In October 2008 I hadn’t learned my lesson, so I tried coffee again and had the same weird reaction but didn’t go to hospital. Learned my lesson and haven’t drank caffeine since.
I miss Dr. Pepper the most, that would be the first caffeine laden beverage I would try if I went back to caffeine.

Never not hopped up on something crew.
really taking a liking to G fuel lately instead of coffee, energy it provides seems alot cleaner. and I sip it much more casually than coffee because i'm not trying to get it down while its hot/cold etc.
these gamers might be onto something with this product. tastes good too. 15 cals a scoop.

Used to take like 6-800mg over the course of a day like a moron.
Now I'm down to 100mg/day from a pill ( I hate coffee ).
The above poster who does 8 weeks off 2-3 weeks on has the kind of idea I'm looking for.

Actually just started trying to stop after drinking probably 3-4 cups a day for 15 years. Was an idiot and went cold turkey and 4 days of some of the worst headaches I've ever had followed.
Been about 3 weeks now and honestly, I don't feel any real changes positive or negative. Going to try for a few more weeks at least though.

nothing wrong with a little caffeine. coffee is an antioxidant. Italians have been drinking it for centuries and we've created the greatest masterpieces of the world, we look young, and we live forever.

Quit due to quarantine. since I would only drink the free coffee at work. I notice almost 0 difference. I still get tired mid afternoon, still wake up middle of the night sometimes. once I go back to work will start drinking coffee again. Coffee is one of life's simple good pleasures. One of the few constants in a world that is going to **** fast.
I felt best with caffeine when I only had 1 cup a day, only on days I worked (so 5 cups a week) any more than that you'll start building tolerance.

Hot coffee is the best part of the morning
The anxiety an hour after for me sucks though. Still drink it...
