Has anyone squirted some MiO in egg whites before?

I bought 2 boxes of egg whites at Costco and i want to drink some but I ran out of choc syrup boys... I have some MiO to flavor my creatine, but would I dare mix it with egg whites? Help is required OK

just keep in mind egg whites are only 50% bioavailable when consumed raw, so only 50% of that protein only counts.

Seriously, that's impressive and I'll rep when able, but will also still stick with my meatball parm egg white omelettes.

I didn't know about the raw egg protein's decreased bio-availability either. Good to know!
