Who is this good Samaritan lending me their home?

If I don't know them I'd probably assume it was a murder house or something and I'm the next victim. Would sublease it and hope I can collect a few months rent before they kill my tenants.

my bros fiance is legit offended. I told my brother last year is hook him up as his always been pretty awesome to me. 370k isn't a lot to me but I don't trust who hes with.
