Gentlemen, you can attract women, by walking around shirtless.

While women won't necessarily approach you if they see you shirtless, it'll make them feel hornier and for some of them, when they go home, they'll fap to it. What will that do - that'll boost your self-esteem.

Note that you don't go walking around shirtless in a place like the beach where everyone else is shirtless too. You gotta do it places where it makes you stand out, such as the sidewalks.
