Are pushups alone enough to maintain chest/shoulders/triceps?

Doing poverty at home workouts to maintain, would pushups be enough to maintain triceps/shoulders or you think I'd have to do some side lats with some dumbbells?

So long as you're not doing something minor like 3x10 with them, sure.

When the gyms were shut here I ended up doing garage workouts featuring hundreds of pushups (plenty of dips too) and was really happy with the results

Penitentiary style!

Depends. Most people I see at my gym that do push ups, don't even half rep it. They are around 1/4 repping it and calling it a push up. Their body sags and lower body touches the ground before chest and they call that a push up. They do em superfast instead of under control and call it a push up.

Do em like this guy...slight hollow body, torso firm, all the way down and all the way up (all the way up is a full scapula protraction...not just straight arm)

There is so many forms of push ups even before you start getting into trying to planche. Try tiger bend push ups.

edit: especially listen to what he says about elbows in. Elbows out, you're asking for shoulder surgery.

They're good for a couple of months if your gym is shut for covid etc. Chest will be fine. Clap push ups/superset normal. Make harder via technique like bros video above. Try one hand push ups some days first off. Actually the one body part/exercise I have no issues with if no gym or no equipment- all you need is a few metres of space. Easiest solve & good bodyweight to fatigue/failure ratio. Like bodyweight squats are way too easy/upside down handstand shoulder press too hard etc.

Triceps not so much but even if you have a resistance band + 5kg dumbell for kickbacks you can do some high rep stuff to just about maintain. Dips if playgrounds are open.
