The pain in your nuts could be a lot of different things. It could be prostatistis, epididymitis, orchitis, varicocele, etc.

What type of pain? How is your bladder/when you pee? Do you have a weird feeling or sensation in the area between your anus and balls? What type of testicular pain?

they're feeling kinda bloated basically, heavier than usual, not sharp pain but more like strong discomfort, like something's not the way it's supposed to be.

Could be a hydrocele. As said above, go to the urologist on monday. I wouldn't go straight to ball cancer haha. Most likely some sort of infection or irritance. Possibly prostatitis where your prostate is enlarged and putting pressure on your nuts/epididymis (located in the back of your testicles). Sometimes you might feel bladder discomfort.

Just get it looked at, tell him the symptoms as best you can describe, and he'll figure it out.

Make sure you get your balls ultrasounded, i had it done from when i had blood in my semen, they ruled out cancer and STDs. My balls were swollen pretty big and it hurt whenever i walked just from the balls moving around, like a dull pain.

when I was like 21 I had my balls ultrasounded because I had blood in my semen and they wanted to rule out cancer. The ultrasound tech was this 40 something average looking woman, there was no chaperone, she didnt even offer me one, so I think she was into me. She had the lights dimmed down so she could see the monitor better, it was really intimate. I was set laid back on the table with my feet up in stirups and my legs spread and she put that gel on my balls, it was just like how they put gel on a pregnant woman for the ultrasound scan except it was on my balls, I already routinely shaved so it scanned really smooth.

There was no lock on the door but it was closed with us in there alone, then someone knocked and she panicked an ran over to the door and told them not to come in yet, then we made eye contact and both giggled at the absurdity of the situation. It was one of the most intimate and most cherished moments of my life.

yeah they told me i had a hydrocele and an infection, not an std infection but it cleared with antibiotics, could be anything, could be e coli or whatever, they said it can just happen on its own, i did bang a nasty sloot either a few weeks or few months before. also they put two q tips in up my dink, one dry and one wet to test for std's, that hurt like hell and i squirmed, so they didnt get it very far up there, honestly i would skip that part because the antibiotics will just kill it anyways thats more for information but too uncomfortable.
