Misc brahs Do spine decompression wourkouts work for height increase? srs
Have minor scoliosis and averagely bad posture. Need that extra inch to get me off manlet status so i was thinking if posture/ back curve is possible to be recovered with back stretch workout. If anyone knows anything decent please share. srs

Well I mean, it can help with correcting bad posture and realigning everything thus making you look "taller".

Can confirm if you have tight lower back and hip flexors you will gain some height if you lose that tightness.
GL on fixing which can imo only be done by stretching religiously 2x/Day for months before the tightness is gone. Lower back is hard to loosen up when it's tight, probably the other involved joints (knee shoulder etc) will pop already way before your lower back finally loosens up fully. But it's worth it
