First time cooking lamb chops. Rate cook/10

I don't really buy lamb except ground lamb but decided to grab two chops and cook them up. Thoughts? Cooked 1.5 hrs sous vide 131 degrees. Seared with butter and thyme. Ignore the poverty frozen veggies.

I didn't have any rosemary. I wanted to use rosemary cause I've always heard it pairs well with lamb.

Poverty vegetables but the meat looks pretty good.

Should made maybe some roasted asparagus and a baked potato.

I'd give like 7/10
