Should we be forced to use alarms to get up?

It seems particularly unhealthy. The body should wake up in it's own time when it's ready and well rested. For some reason we've molded start times in society to force us up before we're ready. Doesn't make sense to be honest. I feel like nothing should start before 11 am as a general rule of thumb. We don't need to work 8 hours a day. 4-5 is more than enough time for most peasants to do their work and have society function just fine. People should be allowed to sleep 12 am - 8 or 9 am. Then have a few hours to get ready and commute anywhere they need to for something that starts at 11 am.

Instead we have clown world starting things at 9 am or even worse, 8 am. WTF kind of logic is that?

Sleep deprivation is probably one of the biggest killers in the US that no one talks about. It's correlated to all kinds of health issues and complications. We shut down the world for a virus that's not even serious but then implement a schedule that's literally killing you every day and expecting you to adhere to it. Congrats humans, you've played yourselves.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
