Rate Muh Meat Misc!
Had a BBQ yesterday welcoming a friend home from deployment. Went a little over the top on food but it all came out pretty damn good. Wagyu chuck roast, pork belly/shoulder, stuffed jalapeño poppers, wild pig boudin, and jalapeño cheddar venison sausage.
