Que? Over 5 Months In And US Passports Still Restricted

The post office is running, the courts are figuring it out, and we still have people subjecting everyone to unwarranted searches to get on a plane, BUT-



passports are only being issued for Life-or-Death Emergencies. And most passport centers are only on Level One of their response plan. A handful are on Level Two, but still are only doing emergency issuance.

If another country doesn't want to let in people from the US that's totally their choice, but what is up with our government not wanting to let people out?

My ex and I both have passports, but we hadn't gotten one for our daughter due to how restricted passports are for children under 16. We've both come to the conclusion that things are looking super volatile right now and we would at least like the option to GTFO if it comes to that.

Ex sent me this article about a group "war gaming" the upcoming elections and only one scenario didn't pop as a crisis:

This, why not just a small rural area? I currently live in one, I haven’t seen a single Biden sign, 0 protests or looting. Mask mandates are rarely enforced, all businesses open. You couldn’t pay the libs to live out in the sticks. Your property won’t appreciate much, but it most likely won’t depreciate either. If I really wanted, I could go into town only a few times a year, at most.

Where would you go OP? Best place would be a small rural town far far away from Biden voters if chit pops off dead srs.

Also, that article is dogchit, its clearly another effort to condition the masses for when the Democrats try and delay and steal the election.

If you havent noticed yet Kat, the Democrats and their media machine is trying to gaslight the world into thinking Biden is leading polls, and that Trump wont just step aside after they steal the election through mail in votes. Ffs one section in the article says "Trump might be winning at the end of election night, but as Democrat votes are continued to be counted after election night Biden might take the lead", thats textbook gas-lighting and conditioning us to think that chit is normal. Election Day is just that, Election DAY. Not Election Day- followed by weeks of fraudulent Democrat votes being counted until Biden wins.

The DemocratsWILL try to steal this election by any means necessary, they're setting up the pieces as I typoe this. Be ready

What you posted is ONLY if you HAVE to travel within the next 72 hours (3 days). If you have more time, you just apply the regular way and should get it in reasonable time.

Wife and I applied for our renewal in mid-July and got it our new passport books and cards back in exactly a month, to the date. Had applied for new passports for the kids, which took about six weeks. Based on their backlog numbers, updated weekly on their website, I thought it would take two and a half months. Was surprised to get them back much earlier.

I have been actively scouting such areas. One possibility in AR, a few in MO, some in south central TX. Was planning to take a road trip and see some places in person.

My concern is that it doesn't matter too much in the sense that people are already triggered and it is likely to be worse before it is better. Maybe there is an agenda behind what you highlighted, but if blue states allow more mail in voting and red states restrict it then it would make sense that red state votes would come in first and blue state votes would trickle in.

Both sides are already setting up this narrative that the other side is crooked and will steal the election.

Starting Wednesday, Bahamas will ban entry to U.S. travelers on commercial flights and boats (arrivals by private planes and boats will still be permitted) following a surge of cases in the island nation after it reinstated international travel on July 1, according to the Washington Post.

The European Union’s 27 countries extended their ban on U.S. travelers on July 16 and will review the list of accepted nations every two weeks.

China has banned all U.S. travelers and all Chinese travelers have been banned from the United States.

Similarly, Canada and Mexico will not allow nonessential travelers from the U.S. to cross their borders; cases in Canada are as low as they were in March, while they climb in Mexico.

Japan has also banned U.S. travelers for the time being, as cases rise within this country.

New Zealand prohibited U.S. tourists from visiting the country as they have nearly nearly eliminated Covid-19, reporting a single new case on July 20.

Did you not have to apply in person with your children? Have they waived that?

Because the normal situation is both parents and the child are supposed to apply in person, or if one parent can't be there or can't be found you have to submit a special document.

Im glad my passport has 7 years left.

Might get my Philippines passport process going because my mom was born there.

The US is legit the worst passport on the block right now right up there with the Middle East.
