Want to see good lifting videos? Check scott herman fitness earliest videos.

Want to see bad lifting videos? Check his latest videos.

Bodybuilding and lifting is a very limited sport. Once you go over the exercises, the form, the diet etc.
You pretty much said all there is to be said.
But youtubers like him, make their living off of views.
So what do you do when you run out of good stuff to talk about? You make up bullchit and make more clickbait videos.

Totally agree with this. Weight lifting and diet is not that complicated until you get to a certain level.

Believe he is natural tbh, he's been training for years and his physique isn't really that special

I think he was natural but then hopped on the juice. He's now bigger than ever despite being older.

there's been scientific studies, for natties, volume gains basically maxed out at 30sets/week.
how many people you know doing 30sets for a bodypart per week.

dudes lifting heavy at 15sets/week had the most strength gains, while 30sets/week had the most volume gains.

none.

Pretty sure the point was to Keep It Simple Stupid and rely mostly on the heavy compounds and not a million isolation exercises...
You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

Lifting weights and eating healthy is really easy. Just be consistent and you'll get results.
