pros- tastes good
cons- the rest of your unit will have to do pushups while you eat it and may fill up their pillow cases with bars of soap while you sleep and beat the chit out of you

I'm gonna be completely honest with you even though you will disagree with me but trust me it is the correct answer. I've seen you post in the religion and politics section and you are pretty religious. Your religion (Islam) took away your childhood, your social life sucks and you still have never drank or even went out, thats why. You say you dont like sluts, but sorry man all girls are sluts. cons- not only has a lot of carbs but also a lot of fat, carbs and fat together coupled with high blood sugar is the perfect formula for adding straight to bodyfat, also the high blood sugar rush from so many simple high glycemic carbs is hyooge
