Minoxidil for beard growth?

Is this actually a thing or is my friend a retard.

Bought a couple bottles of min to start growing his facial hair. This dude is 19 too with none on him currently. Says his older brother did it and it worked for him. Have to apply it twice a day for 4-6 months and it should work.

Is this kid stupid or does this actually work? Cuz I have facial hair just on my chin and I want to fill out my jaw if this works.

from what I've seen online, that sh!t's pretty much guaranteed to cause dark circles under your eyes

You are getting this wrong

When you cant grow a beard you need to start telling everyone that beards are only for weak chins and you wont hide your jawline behind one.
